Chicken Fajita Pizza:
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tsp dried cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup each red, yellow and orange bell pepper, diced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 pouch Boboli® Original Pizza Sauce
1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
 
Preheat oven to 450°.

Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces and sprinkle with cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Heat a skillet to medium and add 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Sauté peppers and onions until tender, about 2 minutes. Remove the vegetables and add the chicken breast pieces. Sauté until light brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Spread pizza sauce on crust and top with chicken, vegetables and cheese. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 10 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
