1 Cup Parmesan 1 Cup Mozzarella 3 Plum Tomatoes, chopped 1 Can Artichoke Hearts, not marinated, chopped 1/4 Red Onion, sliced thin 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar 1 Clove Garlic, chopped 1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced |

| Top crust with cheese. Combine tomatoes, artichokes, onion, vinegar, and garlic. Stir mixture and spoon on top of cheese.
Top with sliced mushrooms. Cook and enjoy! |
