Artichoke Pizza:
1 Cup Parmesan
1 Cup Mozzarella
3 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
1 Can Artichoke Hearts, not marinated, chopped
1/4 Red Onion, sliced thin
1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
 
Top crust with cheese. Combine tomatoes, artichokes, onion, vinegar, and garlic. Stir mixture and spoon on top of cheese. Top with sliced mushrooms. Cook and enjoy!

Cook Time: 12 minutes

Temperature: 450° F
